German Engineering.
Nearly Dustless.
We sand with Lagler — the German-engineered equipment the industry's best floors are sanded on. Our process is meticulously detailed and nearly dustless, with high-efficiency dust collection that means little to no cleanup for our clients.
The result: a flatter, finer sand than rental-grade equipment can produce — which is what lets the finish coats bond, perform, and protect your floors for years to come. A beautiful, long-lasting floor starts with a quality sand job.
We've refinished floors from the 1800s. Solid wood is so incredibly resilient that it's very rare we come across a floor that can't be brought back.

Refinishing FAQ
How long does hardwood floor refinishing take?
Most refinishing projects take 3-5 days depending on the square footage, number of coats, and stain complexity. We'll provide an accurate timeline during your free estimate.
Can you match my existing stain color?
Yes. John specializes in custom stain matching and has extensive experience blending new and existing floors seamlessly.
Do I need to move out during refinishing?
It's recommended but not always required. Oil-based finishes require more ventilation time. We'll advise you based on the specific products used for your project.
How dusty is the refinishing process?
We use professional dust containment systems to minimize airborne dust. While some dust is unavoidable, we take extensive precautions to keep your home clean.
What types of wood can you refinish?
We refinish all hardwood species including oak, maple, hickory, walnut, cherry, and exotic hardwoods. Each species requires specific techniques for optimal results.
